Investor (Residence) (Subclass 891)

Investor (Residence) (Subclass 891) visa is permanent visa. In order to be eligible for this visa you must currently hold the Investor (provisional) visa. Additionaly, your must:

  • have maintained your designated investment continuosusly for at least 4 years;
  • have been in Australia for at least 2 of the last 4 years; and
  • show that you are committed to maintain the designated investment or continue your business activities in Australia.

State/Territory Sponsored Investor (Residence) (Subclass 893)

Similar to the Subclass 891 Visa, this visa is also for people who hold an Investor (provisional) visa and are wishing to apply for permanent residency in Australia. Neverthless, in order to be considered for this visa, the applicants must have a sponsorship from a state or a territory in Australia.
