Senior Executives (Provisional) (Subclass 161)As the name suggests, this visa is for senior executive employees of a major overseas business. In order to be considered for this visa, you must: - be under 45 years of age;
- have vocational English;
- have a successful business career;
- have been involved in one of the three highest levels of management of an overseas company in the last two financial years;
- (together with your partner) have at least $500,000.00 in assets.

State/Territory Sponsored Senior Executive (Provisional) (Subclass 164)Similar to the Subclass 161 Visa, this visa is also for senior executives. Neverthless, in order to be considered for this visa, the applicants must have a sponsorship from a state or a territory in Australia.
