Business Owner (Provisional) (Subclass 160)

This visa is designed for business people who are less than 45 years of age and who wish to get involved in the day to day running of a new or an existing business in Australia. This visa is temporary but may lead to permanent residency in Australia in the future. The business people applying for this visa must satisfy a number of requirements. They must:

  • be under 45 years of age;
  • have vocational English;
  • have a successful business career.

State/Territory Sponsored Business Owner (Provisional) (Subclass 163)

Similar to the Subclass 160 Visa, this visa is also for business people wishing to get involved in the day to day running of a new or an existing business in Australia. Neverthless, in order to be considered for this visa, the applicants must have a sponsorship from a state or a territory in Australia.
