There are many businesses currently operating in Australia, which are subsidiaries of an overseas company. Given the distance between the parent and the subsidiary, management is often required to frequently visit the subsidiary to oversee its operation. This visa is the perfect solution for those business people making frequent visits to Australia because this visa may be granted for the life of the passport allowing the holder to make regular business visits not exceeding three months in duration. This is also an Electronic Travel Authority (ETA), which provides for faster processing and does not require a label to be placed in the passport of the visa holder.
